The Division has scheduled a series of six public comment sessions to take place on August 4, 5, 7, 10, 11 and 12, 2015, respectively, to receive comments from the general public and interested industry members concerning the Division’s existing regulations; different subject-matter groups of regulations will be discussed at each of the six sessions, as set forth below.  The regulations that will be discussed at the various sessions may be reviewed here.  Please note that no printed copies of the regulations will be made available at the public comment sessions.  Members of the public and industry are invited to attend and make oral comments during the sessions.  In addition, written comments are encouraged with respect to any or all of the regulations and may be sent to the following email address up until 5:00pm on Monday, August 17, 2015: DOIregreview2015@state.ma.us.  Please be sure to indicate in the subject matter line of the email, the regulation or regulations upon which you are providing comments.  Because of the logistical difficulties in making conference call arrangements, there will be no ability to call in by telephone to participate in the public comment sessions.
