Information will be provided for consideration in the calculation and substantiation of each shop’s own
posted labor rate. The association is working with an independent third-party – National Auto Body
Research (NABR) – to compile information and data regarding the posted labor rates through a
detailed market study. Learn more about the survey and how it will help your business.
