Please find ADALB’s advisory ruling below. This ruling is in place until the regulations are rewritten addressing this issue. As you can see, the ruling does not address who can take the pictures, only who must review them. The ADALB did speak to its intent when discussing several areas of concerns raised by AASP during the meeting (i.e. the definition of “Quality”, the definition of “Documentation”, as well as who can take the pictures), please review the video (Available under our Member’s Only Section) to hear first hand the intent and remarks of the ADALB.
