AASP/MA Newly Filed Matters

Many of our members have been discouraged by the lack of legislative action taken on the labor rate bill, however, this association has a much broader strategy for both legislative and regulatory relief. Our newly appointed legislative committee, led by Chairman Peter Langone, worked tirelessly, over the past few months to develop five (5) items of priority legislation. Our priority legislation was developed to target the issues the industry faces on a daily basis. We have created videos to explain each of our filed matters.
